Established in 1975, Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd. (ISID) is a joint venture between Dentsu Inc. and General Electric Company. With over 40 years of experience, ISID has been offering diverse IT solutions to address customer and societal challenges. Operating on three continents in four regions (United States, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia), our corporate group provides customized information technology solutions tailored to regional legal regulations and business customs. Leveraging our affiliation with the Dentsu overseas network, we deliver services such as digital marketing and Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") with a focus on understanding client businesses and providing optimal solutions through cutting-edge technologies and skilled human resources.
The establishment of PT ISID Indonesia
As part of its global network efforts to tap into the growing market in Indonesia and support the implementation of their information technology, on April 5, 2013, ISID established PT ISID Indonesia. Since then, we have been serving numerous customers across various business sectors with our solutions, ranging from financial solutions for clients in financial institutions to enterprise and engineering solutions for clients in manufacturing and other fields.
The merger of PT ISID Indonesia with
PT Ebiz Cipta Solusi
To enhance our resources in serving our growing customer base, on September 1, 2021, PT ISID Indonesia merged with PT Ebiz Cipta Solusi, which has been operating in Indonesia for over 18 years. As a result of this merger, PT ISID Indonesia will assume all the rights and obligations of PT Ebiz Cipta Solusi. This merger will enable us to create a more efficient management structure and enhance productivity.
Become PT Dentsu Soken Indonesia
With this, we would like to inform you that starting from January 1, 2024, PT ISID Indonesia officially changes its name to PT Dentsu Soken Indonesia. This name change does not impact the rights and obligations of the company, and we will continue to provide the best services to our customers.
